Veronica’s Gourmet Perogies
At Veronica’s, our perogies are made from scratch. We will be offering the traditional potato and cheese perogies and a plant base potato and onion perogy. We are very excited to offer these two options at RibFest!
Holy Taco
Holy Taco brings the best and most authentic Birria Tacos to RibFest. All of our recipes are 100% Mexican passed down through our family for generations. At Holy Taco it is about more than just serving tacos, we pride ourselves on an experience your whole family. We have beef, chicken, veggie and vegan options for all to enjoy. We use gluten free corn tortillas and we have an arrangement of homemade sauces which are all vegan friendly and gluten free. See you soon!
The Original Tornado Potato
RibFest is excited to welcome back the ever-popular Tornado Potato. Proudly serving freshly-cut Potato, Yam, Zucchini & Poutine Tornados for over a decade. Tasty options for guests of all ages with a sensitivity to dietary needs. Yum!
Reel Mac and Cheese
REEL Mac and Cheese offers gourmet, made from scratch macaroni and cheese with a variety of movie themed menu items. We are serving up inspired comfort food made from scratch right on the truck. We start with real butter, add whole milk, select spices and seven different cheeses….the result is creamy deliciousness. Our food makes you feel warm, happy and slightly nostalgic.
Lemon Heaven
Lemon Heaven was started in 1995 by Marty and Mirjam Bennett and specializes in freshly squeezed lemonade and cotton candy for quick service take-out. Our Lemon Heaven lemons are freshly squeezed in front of the customer so they know they’re getting the real thing. After all ingredients are added, the lemonade is shaken… not stirred!
Kona Ice
With Kona Ice, you get to flavor your own Kona shaved ice. That’s right! Our very own Flavorwave makes that possible. You’ll get your Kona from the window of the truck and then off you go to choose as much of as many flavors as you want! Flavor to your heart’s content. In short...you do you - Kona style!

New to RibFest this year is this fantastic beverage company owned by two local sisters. They have put together a great selection for the event this year to quench your thirst with style. Only available Saturday and Sunday (not Friday).

Rocky Point’s dedication to quality is endless and we are always striving to perfect our recipes and source more and more ingredients locally (currently over 90% of our ingredients are sourced locally).
