  • McLeod Park is at the North-West corner of 56th Ave and 216th Street in Langley BC. Immediately North of the Langley Airport.

  • Admission is FREE, but donations are greatly appreciated at the entry gate – Cash, Debit, or Credit Card accepted via TipTap.

    Thanks to our Sponsors all Rides, Games, and Events are FREE. The only items you have to pay for are food and beverages. Please donate as you can to help us keep it this way for the community. 100% of all donations go back into the community and service projects.

  • Note there are two ATM’s on-site.

  • Public Parking: Access to parking is via 56th Ave at 213a St and 216th St at 58th Ave. Please follow the signs and parking attendants’ directions.

    We have greatly increased our parking this year (including HUGE overflow area) to make sure there is plenty of space to park legally. Please see parking map at the top of this page for reference.

    Volunteer Permit Parking – Volunteers should have permits for special parking and enter at 216th St at 58th Ave. Please follow signs and see parking map at the top of this page for reference.

  • Rideshare, Taxi and Carpool Area: There is now a designated area for these for your convenience. It is Dropoff/Pickup ONLY with no parking. For address purposes use Langley Secondary School, 21405 56th Ave. Please see parking map at the top of this page for reference.

    If you will be enjoying adult beverages, it is highly suggested to use Rideshare options or a designated driver.

  • Disabled Parking: Disabled permit parking is the entrance nearest the front gate off of 56th Ave. Please see parking map at the top of this page for reference.

    Special Assistance Shuttle: Those needing special assistance can be dropped off at the entrance nearest the front gate off of 56th Ave for the shuttle into the event and then park in the disabled permit area or go to public parking after drop off. Chairs and tent will be provided if any wait due to volume. Please see parking map at the top of this page for reference.

  • BC Transit provides regular bus service, with stops only 200 metres from the RibFest Langley event.

    Bus Number 503 (Service from Surrey Central to Aldergrove and return) runs along 56th Ave, right in front of the RibFest grounds.

    Nearest transit stop is #60867 at 56th Ave at 213a Street. About 200 metres from RibFest Entrance.

    • Runs each day from 8:00am through 9:00pm approx. every 30 minutes, then hourly to 11:00pm.

  • Bikes: There is a designated area to lock up your bike, just inside the entry gate.

  • There is a basic site map included near the top of this page when you select the Download Map Button.

  • ABSOLUTELY…this is a family event! Small children should be accompanied by an adult.

  • Due to Township Bylaws and our Liquor Licence, please see prohibited items at the top of this page.

    Water Bottles/Open Containers: Must be EMPTY to bring into the Event. There will be a water filling station available inside.

    Commercially sealed NON-ALCOHOLIC beverages are permitted. If open you will be asked to empty before entering.

    NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED FROM OUTSIDE THE EVENT.

  • RibFest has a site-wide liquor licence. This means that Adult Beverages may be consumed responsibly throughout the event grounds. Guests may NOT bring Alcohol onto the event site.

    In order to enjoy the adult beverages you will need to get a wristband as you enter by providing two forms of ID.

    Adult drink tickets may be purchased at the Rotary Cookhouse and Adult Drink Ticket tent next to the Rotary Tavern. Please note each time you visit the Rotary Tavern you are allowed to take away 2 drinks maximum per person.

  • No! Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons pets are not allowed, this is a Township of Langley Parks Bylaw. Certified On-duty service dogs are welcome and documentation required.

  • We heard you wanted more food options and we have delivered. Please see our Other Food Vendors for details and enjoy some great food.

    Note: Some of our Ribbers offer Gluten-free sauce options as well.

  • Tables and chairs will be provided throughout the site. Enjoy your food with a cold beverage under the HUGE shade tent while taking in the live entertainment. Or feel free to bring your own chairs and blankets and set up your own picnic on the grassy area.

    Please do not bring day tents or umbrellas.

  • Shade areas will be set up throughtout the event grounds including the HUGE main shade tent with tables and chairs. No need to bring your own!

  • Free entertainment will be on the Main Stage from 12 noon onward.

  • Lost and Found items will be in the Rotary Guest Services Tent in the event. Please be prepared to describe the item and where it was lost. ID may be required for valuable items.

    If you cannot return to the event please fill out a Lost and Found Form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • St. John’s will have a First Aid Tent right next to the Rotary Guest Services Tent. There will be someone on site during event hours.

  • A small tent with change table is set aside for privacy near the washrooms closest to the KidZone.

  • We can help you arrange a safe ride home. Please visit the Rotary Guest Services Tent and we will be happy to help. 

  • Performers interested in RibFest 2024 can apply at https://www.ribfestlangley.com/entertainment-form

  • Food or beverage vendors who would like to be part of RibFest 2024 can begin the process by applying at https://www.ribfestlangley.com/vendor-form

  • Smoking, including vaping, at McLeod Park will NOT be permitted. General Area smoking will be outside the event gates.
